I was like that. I used to always complain about money. I wasn’t doing anything to increase my income. At least not until I found what I want to share with you.
You probably have heard that happiness comes from the inside and money does not determine it. That could be true, even as I have my reservations.
Truth is, you will fret and feel frustrated if you don’t have the financial wherewithal to take good care of yourself and your loved ones. Money may not necessarily bring happiness, but its presence does put a smile on one’s face.
Now to the easy way you can make money and be happy…
Money comes when you make your passion your profession. As simple as ABC. Isn’t it?
So I ask what is your passion? What is that thing you love doing? What is your gifting? What talent do you have? What is your sweet spot? It’s time to make it your profession.
How do you feel when you see professional footballers and popular artistes? Do you like the fame and fortune they enjoy? Of course, you do. Who doesn’t? I do too.
You can enjoy all of that if you make your passion your profession. Because that’s what they did to get to where they are now.
I stopped being broke since I made writing – which is my natural passion – my profession. Believe me, things are a lot better since I started writing and consulting for individuals and firms.
I also have passion for creating visuals. So I photograph and create amazing videos too and get paid.
Your passion is your key to prosperity. So why not make it your profession? Harness it and live the good life you’ve always dreamed of.
People value you when you make yourself an expert in your field. Value is always valued. Value attracts money like bees are to a honeycomb. Value is you packaging yourself and making your passion so attractive that you determine the price, almost always.
Are you loquacious? Then you can venture into public speaking. Do you love swimming? Perhaps you are the next Michael Phelps the world is waiting to celebrate. What is your passion? Be a pro in it and I assure you the world will pay you handsomely.
If you are a singer then get into the habit of singing. Full time! If you’re passionate about writing, then be who you are. Write. Blog. Create something the world would like and know you for.
You begin to have a deep pocket when you make passion your profession. And what’s more, you’ll stop worrying about money.
So in 2021, identify your passion. Or learn a sellable skill. Make it your profession and thank me later.
