“Well-deserved”—Bayelsa youth leader, Sylvanus felicitates Singer on his inauguration as NULGE president

Brass—A youth leader from Cape Formosa island in Brass Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, Mr. Perebotari Sylvanus, has congratulated Comr. Thankgod Singer following his inauguration as President of the National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Bayelsa Chapter.

Sylvanus in a congratulatory message on Saturday described Singer as a quintessential leader whose ways are worthy of emulation by all youths in the Brass council area and beyond.

He said Singer is deserving of his new role considering his track record of hard work, integrity and knack for accountability.

The youth leader further stated that Singer would bring his experience as a trained financial expert to bear in his role as president.

He expressed gratitude to God, Singer’s predecessor and other NULGE stakeholders for a peaceful election and the subsequent transfer of power.

“Singer is one person I know who is vision-oriented and whose track record is unmatched and I am sure he’ll be a vision-oriented president of NULGE.

“I am also confident that with his wealth of experience as a professional financial expert and with the possession of the requisite knowledge, he will fine-tune any shortcomings and ensure that the union members enjoy their benefits.

“I am therefore grateful to God Almighty, his predecessor and all NULGE stakeholders for finding him worthy and working assiduously for the peaceful conduct of his election and the subsequent inaugural event,” he said.

Sylvanus prayed for God’s divine guidance and wisdom for Singer “to manage his new task of serving humanity to leave an enduring legacy.”
