Brass—Crawford Tiemobofa, a native of Okpoama in Brass Local Government Area of Bayelsa State has felicitated Hon. Israel Sunny Goli—the House of Representatives member representing Brass-Nembe Federal Constituency on the occasion of his 51st birthday anniversary.
Tiemobofa in a congratulatory message sent to mangrovepen.ng described Sunny-Goli as an inspiration and said the lawmaker has proven himself to be a leader of high ethics and morality.
He thanked Sunny-Goli for some of the projected he has executed in office which he mentioned include; “installation of solar-powered streetlights in Egweama, Etiama, Iwokiri Ibidi, Sangakubu Minibi Oginibiri, (Akassa) Obioku, Igbeta-EwoAma, Okoroba, Agrisaba, Nembe City, Opu-Nembe Liama, Belietiema, Diema, Ewoama, Odioama.
“Facilitated the construction of a youth Development Centre in Okpoama, Brass Local Government Area.
“Facilitated the construction of the Youth Development Centre at Opu Nembe, (Bassambiri) Nembe Local Government Area.
“Roofed Ewelesuo Community Square in Nembe Local Government Area.
“Constructed a toilet facility at Sabatoru, Nembe Local Government Area and a concrete road measuring 230 meters in Opu-Nembe, Nembe Local Government Area. (Ongoing)
“On the 23rd of December 2021, five hundred and seventy-six (576) constituents received a brand-new motorcycle each to boost land
transportation across Brass/Nembe Federal Constituency, providing an alternative stream of income for constituents.
“He also facilitated the overseas scholarships of constituents, to build capacity; facilitated the construction of a block of Six Classrooms at Okoko-Ama in Nembe L.G.A.
“Sponsored the Brass-Nembe Unity Marathon race in August 2021, wherein the sum of N750,000 and N500,000 were carted home by winners of both the male and female categories.
“In addition, the first and second runners-up in both categories of the event went home with handsome rewards, with lots of consolation prizes given out as well. Participants were drawn from all the communities in Brass-Nembe.”
While he further commended Sunny-Goli for his good deeds in trying to develop Brass & Nembe LGA while in office, Tiemobofa wished God’s blessings on the politician and prayed for greater heights in all his endeavors.
