Birthday: Turnah pours encomiums on Bayelsa ex-commissioner, Igwele

The legal adviser to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) South South Zone, Alabo George Turnah (MON) has celebrated the immediate past Commissioner for Health in Bayelsa State, Dr. Pabara Newton Igwele, on his birthday anniversary.
