Ogbia Brotherhood Youth Council holds general congress on Saturday

Ogbia—National Executive Committee of the Ogbia Brotherhood Youth Council (OBYC) worldwide, has called for a general congress on Saturday, 20th May.

The umbrella body of all youth organizations in Ogbia kingdom in a statement by its National President, Mr. Johnny Jonathan said all members across clans, communities, student wings, and affiliate groups, home and abroad, are eligible for the congress.

The statement reads, “The meeting is to x-ray and put forward the Ogbia youths in the development road map of the Ogbia kingdom as well as ensure youth interrelationship to play complementary roles to other stakeholders for collective development.

“The meeting starts at ten o’clock in the morning and the venue is Opume Community Square in Ogbia Local Government Area.

“Arrangements for transport logistics (Buses) have been made available and take-off points are; Onuebum, Otuasega, Opolo roundabout, Otuoke, and Ogbia Town at nine o’clock in the morning.”

The statement further urges members of the council to contact community youth presidents, clan presidents, and the national executive council of the OBYC for further inquiries on transport logistics.
