Abuja—Vice President of Nigeria, prof. Yemi Osinbajo has met with stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to seek their support for his presidential ambition ahead of next month’s Presidential primary.
This is according to reports by Punch Newspaper that trusted sources at the Presidential Villa said the Vice President hosted governors of the APC to the breaking of Ramadan fast (Iftar) yesterday.
A source in the Villa said, “The Iftar dinner being hosted by the VP is just commencing. APC governors, especially those from the North, are already gathered. The VP is now going to reveal his intention to run for President. He will then make it public to all Nigerians.”
