National President of Ijaw People’s Development Initiative (IPDI), Comr. Ozobo Austin, has hailed Chairman of Tantita Security Services Limited, Chief Government Ekpemupolo (Tompolo), for promoting peace, security, and environmental safety as well as empowering thousands of persons in the Niger Delta region.

Austin also thanked Engr. Kestin Pondi and Sir Godfrey Tare Pondi, Tantita’s Managing Director and General Manager of Operations, respectively.

The IPDI boss in a statement made available to newsmen on Wednesday lauded their efforts, adding that their contributions had been instrumental in creating a conducive environment for economic growth and development not just in the oil-rich region but in Nigeria as a whole.

The vibrant youth leader noted that the trio’s commitment to peace and security had also significantly boosted oil production, which he said has had a positive impact on the global economy.

“The increased oil and gas production has led to improvements in the nation’s revenue, job creation, and infrastructure development in the country,” he stated.

Austin specifically commended Tompolo for his leadership in maintaining peace and security in the Niger Delta region.

According to him, Tompolo’s Tantita in its mandate had been critical in preventing disruptions to oil production and ensuring the safety of lives and property.

“Tompolo’s efforts have earned him recognition as a champion of peace and security in the Niger Delta,” he added.

The IPDI president also applauded Kestin Pondi, Tantita’s MD for his unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability and empowerment of thousands of persons in the country.

He stated that his initiatives had helped to protect the region’s fragile ecosystem and promote sustainable practices in the oil and gas industry.

His words: “Pondi’s efforts have been instrumental in minimizing the environmental impact of oil production and ensuring that the region’s natural resources are preserved for future generations”

He equally commended Godfrey Tare Pondi for his role in promoting youth empowerment, environmental safety and community development.

While emphasizing the importance of collaborative efforts in achieving sustainable development and prosperity in the region, Austin maintained that the trio’s commitment to peace, security, environmental sustainability, and community development serves as a model for others to follow.
