Ogomugo restates Otuaro’s commitment to protect interest of N’Delta ex-agitators

Head of peacebuilding and conflict resolution/stakeholders management department of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Adam Ogomugo, has pledged that the Amnesty boss, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, will continue to protect the rights and privileges of beneficiaries.

He made the pledge when clan vice chairmen of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Central Zone visited him at his office in Abuja.

Ogumogu profusely thanked the IYC forum for honouring him with an award which he said he received on behalf of the PAP boss.

His words: “I also appreciate the forum for giving me such a wonderful award. I therefore, received this award, on behalf of my boss, High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro Ph.D and the peace building and conflict resolution/stakeholders management department office of the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

“I use this veritable opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to the Clan Vice Chairmen Forum of the Ijaw Youth Council Central zone.

“Together, we will continue to protect and defend the fundamental rights and privileges of the beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.”
