Group felicitates ex-Governor Dickson’s aide Okoyen, wife on academic feat

A group, the Opio Ministry International (OMI), has congratulated ACP Ebi Okoyen for successfully completing his doctorate programme (PhD in Sociology, Criminology and Security Studies option) at the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The body also congratulated his wife, Mrs. Ejiro Ebi Okoyen for bagging her master’s degree in Public Administration.

In a congratulatory message on Sunday, the chairman of the group, Apostle Kokobaiye Abeki said it is a thing of joy to see Okoyen attain such lofty heights in education.

His words, “On behalf of the leadership of Opio Ministry International, I heartily and cordially congratulate our great leader, ACP Ebi Okoyen Ph.D as he bags a Doctorate Degree from Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

“It gives the leadership utmost delight to join thousands of your teeming admirers and associates to felicitate you for bagging a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).”

“Truly, reaching the zenith of academic pursuits by bagging a PhD degree, like you just did, is the stuff of only intellectuals.

“Those who have worked tirelessly to achieve success deserve it. Your struggles and dedication have brought a significant contribution to the growth and development of people around you.

“You have established yourself as an excellent leader and a builder of humans.”

He further prayed for more of God’s wisdom, knowledge and understanding on the life of Okoyen who was a security aide to Senator Seriake Dickson while he reigned as Bayelsa State Governor.
