A beneficiary of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Aruaman Kelvin Ataria, has poured encomiums on the programme and its former Head of Reintegration (HOR), Hon. Alfred Kemepado.
Ataria, who hails from Anyama in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, gave the commendation in a statement sent to our reporter on Wednesday.
The beneficiary who revealed that he recently bagged a Master of Engineering (M.Eng) in Civil Engineering (Highway/Transportation) from Afe Babalola University (ABUAD) in Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria stated that he graduated with a CGPA of 4.14 out of 5.
“I am grateful that through Hon. Alfred Kemepado, many people have been empowered. I thank him for the significant role in improving the lives of Niger Delta youths,” he said.
While praying to God to bless, keep and continue using Kemepado to better the lives of youths in the region, he urged stakeholders in the region to give the programme more support.
“PAP is one of the most effective government agencies in Nigeria. I urge the people of the Niger Delta to continue supporting the programme as it is greatly beneficial to our people,” he stated.
