Yenagoa—The Bayelsa State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has congratulated, Hon. Mrs. Christy Ebelli, a party leader in the state on the occasion of her birthday.
In a felicitation message signed by the party’s state publicity secretary, Ebiye Ogoli on Monday, the PDP described Ebelli as a woman of excellence as well as a distinguished woman leader of the party.
The PDP thanked the celebrant for her efforts in galvanizing support for the party especially during the 2023 Bayelsa guber election.
Part of the statement reads: “We take due cognizance and applaud your relentless struggle and effort, the tireless limitless energy you displayed at every stage at galvanizing concrete support from among the womenfolk of the state for the victory of Governor Douye Diri and Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo in the just concluded Governorship election is something your Party will remain thankful to you.
“Going forward, we trust that you will leverage the shared prosperity focus of the government to mobilize more of our women to take full advantage of the benefits by participating actively in all activities of government for the next four years.
“Once again, we express deep thanks to the divine for the gift of life, and pray that the good Lord would shower you with more blessing, happiness, and peace and grant you good health, wisdom, and renewed strength to continue the work of serving the PDP faithfully towards building a more united, progressive and virile Bayelsa state.”
