The Wind Prosperity Dynasty group has felicitated the former Governor of Bayelsa State, Rear Admiral Gborigbiogha John Jonah (rtd.) on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
The group in a statement by its leader, Hon. Dr. Jonathan R. Obuebite in Yenagoa on Wednesday lauded Jonah for his distinguished services to the Navy, public service, and Bayelsa State.
Obuebite also hailed the former deputy Governor for his outstanding contributions to the development of Bayelsa State and Nigeria.
He added that his unwavering commitment to public service and the welfare of his constituency has left an indelible mark.
According to him, During Jonah’s time as deputy Governor, he played a pivotal role in supporting his principal—Senator Seriake Dickson in shaping the policies and initiatives that helped move the state forward.
Obuebite further affirmed that “John Jonah’s services to the country as a former Naval officer, deputy governor, and public servant is deserving of recognition, including his advocacy for peace, unity, and the fight against oppression that trickles down to the grassroots has been particularly noteworthy. ”
He prayed for good health, strength, wisdom, and many more years of celebration for the celebrant.
