Yenagoa—A former Commissioner for Information in Bayelsa State, Chief Nathan Egba has congratulated Engr. Simbi Kesiye Wabote, Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) on his conferment of a Distinguished Capacity Development Award at the Nigeria Excellence Award in Public Service.
He commended Chief Timipre Sylva, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources for promoting the candidacy of Wabote to emerge as NCDMB boss.
Egba who made this known in a congratulatory message on Saturday hailed the NCDMB under Wabote for promoting excellence and corporate integrity.
“It is, therefore, no surprise that the Board recently emerged tops nationally on the Executive Order One (EO1) Annual Performance Ranking of MDAs.
“And only yesterday, Engr. Simbi was conferred with the Distinguished Capacity Development Award at the 2023 Nigeria Excellence Public Service Awards, further proof of the national recognition of the works coming out of the NC Tower in Yenagoa the Bayelsa State capital.

“However, Wabote himself will be the first to concede that none of all these would’ve been possible without the supervisory cooperation from his boss, the HMSPR, Chief Sylva and the facilitation of Mr. President himself!
“Once again, kudos and more grease to your elbows Engr. Simbi Kesiye Wabote,” he stated.
