Bayelsa lawmakers, youth group celebrate Amoro on 50th birthday

Yenagoa—The lawmaker representing Nembe constituency II in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Chief Hon Edward Irigha-Brigidi has congratulated the chief executive officer of Amotoi Global Services Limited, Barr. Amunaboye Clement popularly called Amoro, on his 50th birthday.

Brigidi in a goodwill message on Thursday described the celebrant as his brother and confidante who has been his partner in his efforts to make Opu Nembe a just and productive land.

The lawmaker noted that Clement and himself have been through rough times together because of their shared belief in putting the interest of Nembe first in their endeavours.

Brigidi prayed for good health, grace, and excellent spirit for the business mogul for his newly attained age.

In his words: “I thank God for having you on my side all these years as a brother and confidante who have been steadfast with me through thick and thin, in our pursuit for an egalitarian and a more productive Opu Nembe.

“Although it hasn’t been on a bed of roses we have bonded very well way beyond the expectations of our traducers simply because we have always selflessly found a common ground to put the interest of the great people of Opu Nembe first in all our undertakings before any other interest.

“On this auspicious day wherein you have successfully added another golden age to your crown of life, it is my prayer that you age more gracefully in good health, sound mind, and excellent spirit and may the good Lord add more fruitful and memorable years filled with splendor to your original end time.”

Similarly, the Brass Constituency I lawmaker in the state assembly, Dr. Daniel Charles has also congratulated Chief Amunaboye Clement for becoming a quinquagenarian.

Charles in a short congratulatory message said Clement has distinguished himself for developing human capacity and empowering both young and old in the Nembe-Brass clime.

He further prayed to God for continuous protection and celebrations for Clement.

Also, a group, the Reformed Nembe Youth Federation (RNFY) has felicitated chief Amunaboye Clement on the occasion of his 50th birthday anniversary.

In a statement signed by its president, Engr. Ayerite Moses on Thursday and obtained by mangrovepen.ng, the group described Clement as a business magnate and astute administrator whose leadership style has promoted youth inclusiveness.

The group described the celebrant as a believer in youths and an agent of change who has impacted the youths in Nembe kingdom, including employing many of them.

“The Reformed Nembe Youth Federation (RNYF) celebrates a business magnate, astute administrator, a global entrepreneur, a legal luminary, human capacity builder, and a mentor whose leadership style has promoted youth inclusiveness.

“Today, we the youths can attest to the fact that through your mentorship, commitment, and purposeful leadership, our youths are now products of positive change with self-conviction.

“Hence, the youths are now better equipped in mind and dexterity to function in a multi-dimensional and challenging environment like ours.

“Please accept our warmest wishes and assurances of our unalloyed support to your developmental strides,” the statement partly reads.
