Yenagoa—A socio-political group, 4+4 Prosperity Movement has raised the sum of N20,000,000 for its forthcoming inauguration.
The group which was formed to propagate and rally support for the re-election of Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State and Deputy, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo made this known in its second State Executives Committee meeting held in Yenagoa.
In a statement by it Director General, Hon. Ben Ololo and Director of Media/ Publicity, Hon Tare Porri the group averred that it has resolved to “preach the gospel of Governor Diri across the State.”
The group which is made up of political office holders and other senior and influential citizens of the state, expressed satisfaction with Diri’s leadership style.
The group urged Bayelsans to support the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Prosperity Government.

While hailing the developmental strides of Governor Diri, the statement also revealed that the group welcomed “new members from across the state and beyond to its fold and has set up operational code, created more offices, departments, directories, appointed more officials as well as assigned portfolios.”
