Encomium as Alfred Kemepado donates tricycles to youth group

Yenagoa—The Leadership of the Yenagoa Federated Youth Council has commended the Head of Reintegration at the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Alfred Kemepado for donating two tricycles in fulfillment of his promise towards supporting the council’s 1-3-3 programme.

Mangrovepen.ng gathered that the programme aims to train three female youths from the local government and empower them with one tricycle each.

A statement by the council’s information officer, Comrade Osagie Yigbem conveyed the appreciation of the President, Comrade Peres Ineife to Nimizigha for his gesture towards the council.

“We cannot thank you enough, we even feel we don’t deserve this huge one at all. May the Almighty continue to lift you beyond human understanding.

“The Council is equally using this avenue to call on all and sundry as Thursday, 8th of September, specifically 12noon will be the date and time for the official handing over.

“In the same vein, the council is calling on critical stakeholders to support the council in her bid to achieve this all-important program while stressing that, we are almost there but not there yet,” the statement reads in part.
