Brass—The lawmaker representing Brass Constituency I in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Dr. Daniel Charles has flagged off the construction of a concrete road (200×5m) in Liama community, Brass Local Government Area.
Speaking to Mangrovepen.ng earlier today, the media aide to Charles, Munafa Richard Clever revealed that the project is one of many similar road projects executed by Daniel Charles.
According to Clever, the lawmaker has completed a 350×5m concrete road in Liama Community, 200×5m concrete road in Egweama community, and 200×5m concrete road in Beletieama community.
He said Charles has also completed a 200×5m concrete road in Shidi-Ama, 200×5m concrete road in Sambo-Ama, and 200×5m Divine Faith road all in Twon Brass, headquarters of Brass Local Government Area of the State.
Clever stated that the priority of the lawmaker is to deliver the dividends of democracy to constituents.
He, therefore, urged the people of Brass to vote for the retention of Charles in the state assembly for a better future.
In his words, “Dr. Daniel Charles believes that fulfilling campaign promises by delivering the dividends of democracy to the people in our locality remains sacrosanct and would be his creed till he leaves office with a clear conscience.
“His re-election means improved livelihood for our people. This is one reason we must not joke about the forthcoming elections.
“We must do our best to ensure that this good man gets another chance in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly.”
