Brass—A former winner of Mr. Okpoama pageant, Ebitimi Tubu, has made it to the final 25 in the Mr. Tourism Nigeria 2022 Pageant show.
This year’s competition which had over 1,954 applicants has gone through two stages already and is about to start its final stage with the camping of the 25 finalists on 1st April in Lagos.
Tubu, who hails from Okpoama in Brass Local Government Area of Bayelsa state, in a chat with mangrovepen.ng said it has always been his dream to contest in big pageants like Mr. Tourism Nigeria.
He noted that it would be a dream come through for him to win the prestigious competition, adding that his dream now may not be far off considering how far he has come in the selection process.
He, however, noted that there is still a lot to be done for him to emerge Mr. Tourism Nigeria 2022, hence solicited financial support from public office holders and well-meaning Bayelsans to enable him to meet some of the requirements and demands of the show.
“I want to plead with the good people of Nembe, Brass, and also political leaders, fathers, chiefs, elders, youth leaders, and Bayelsans as a whole to please support me to bring Mr. Tourism Nigeria home.
“You know these things require funds and I would be eternally grateful to Bayelsans for any support I would get right now to achieve this dream of mine and make Bayelsa proud,” he pleaded.
Tubu promised he would do his best to fly the Bayelsa flag high and make all Bayelsans proud in the competition.
