Port Harcourt— A youth leader, Comrade Sokari Goodboy Sokari, has extolled the leadership qualities of Colonel Milland Dikio (rtd), the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) as he celebrates his birthday.
In a statement sent to mangrovepen.ng, Sokari likened the PAP boss to the proverbial golden fish, who is loved by all because of his undeniable life-transforming antecedents.
The pioneer Chairman of the Abua/Odual Engenni-Ogbogolo Special Chapter of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), stated that since the ascension of Dikio as head of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, he has stamped out corruption, instituted laudable reforms that have made the programme the envy of all.
“Since you took over as the interim administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, you have eradicated corruption, injected new blood and instituted laudable reforms that have made the programme the envy of all.
“There is no disputing the fact that under your leadership, the Niger Delta has been experiencing relative peace, because of your commitment in eradicating restiveness in the region,” the statement reads in part.
Sokari who is also the CEO of Sosasa Logistics equally stated that: “Today we celebrate a rare gem with outstanding leadership qualities. We all at Sosasa Logistics wish you heaven’s best and many more glorious years.
“We believe that as you celebrate yet another year, God will continue to give you the wisdom, knowledge and strength to pilot the affairs of the amnesty programme to its desired destination,”
