Yenagoa—One Tonye Sam Youdubagha, a fraudster who specializes in defrauding Point of Sale (POS) attendants in Yenagoa has been arrested by men of the Bayelsa State Volunteers.
Hon. Oyinkuro Lucky Asanakpo, acting chairman of Bayelsa Volunteers rescued the suspect, who was on the verge of being lynched by an angry mob.
Youdubagha, 23, who hails from Kolokuma-Opokuma Local Government Area, according to details gathered by Mangrovepen.ng was apprehended when one of his victims identified him at the popular Berger Junction in Yenagaoa.
The suspect has since been handed over to the anti-kidnapping unit of the Bayelsa State Police Command.
