Sylva@57: Youth leader commends Sylva for employment of Bayelsa youths into NNPC

Brass—A former youth president of Twon Brass Kingdom in Bayelsa State, Engr. Ebiegberi Aboh has felicitated with the minister of state for petroleum resources, His Excellency, Chief Timipre Sylva on the occasion of his 57th birthday anniversary.

In a statement made available to Mangrovepen.ng, on Wednesday, Aboh noted that Sylva is a bridge-builder, visionary leader, courageous personality, and a man of the people.

The youth leader maintained that Sylva’s “impact and achievements in the oil and gas industry in the last two years of being at the helm of affairs as Minister of State for Petroleum Resources cannot be overemphasized.”

“You have brought a total turnaround in the industry with your recent feat with the PIB, the magnificent projects you have brought to Bayelsa State and Brass LGA in particular, which will bring about employment for the youths that will consequently translate to boosting the economy of the region and empowerment for the people in general.”

Aboh equally extolled the minister for ensuring that qualified Bayelsa youths are absorbed into the recent Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) recruitment exercise.

“The role you played in the recent nationwide recruitment of 1050 youths into the NNPC with Bayelsa having the highest number of beneficiaries ever in the history of NNPC recruitments is unprecedented,” the youth leader expressed.

Describing Chief Sylva as “a true leader,” Aboh further prayed to God to give the minister the wisdom to fulfill his destiny and have fruitful years ahead.
