Eulogy As Ned Nwoko Pays For Surgery And Grants Scholarship

ASABA—A young girl, Esther Okwumabua, from Obomkpa in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State can now breathe a sigh of relief after popular philanthropist, Prince Ned Nwoko, paid for her surgery and awarded her a scholarship.


At primary 5, Esther stopped going to school because of the lump and pains associated with it.


Ned paid for the surgery and it was done in October 2019. She returned to school in January 2020 and is now preparing to write the common entrance examination.

Appreciating the kind gesture of Prince Ned Nwoko, an indigene of the community,  Fidelia Onyedinma White, who spoke to Mangrovepen.ng said that, “Ned’s benevolence cannot be overemphasized, That’s what he was created for and I thank God. He made himself available to be used by God and his swift response to the needs of the downtrodden amazes me.

“May God grant him length of days and good health to continue to be a blessing to our generation.”

Similarly, a lady, Miss Ekwemuka Queen, who was involved in a fatal accident that shattered one of her legs has also appreciated Prince Ned Nwoko, for coming to her rescue.


It was gathered that after the first surgery Queen had at Federal Medical Center, Asaba, one of her legs became disfigured.

According to reports, Queen approached Ned, who gave her the sum of N800,000 for a second surgery which turned out to be successful.
