The South South caucus of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has unanimously commended President Bola Tinubu for the impactful leadership of the country since assuming office.
This was according to Nigeria’s Oil Minister, Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, who was in attendance at the APC South-South stakeholders meeting held in Benin, capital of Edo State, on Saturday.
The minister in a post on his official Facebook page disclosed that the meeting included discussions bordering on key regional and national issues as well as reviewing the progress and charting a course for the sustained development of the South-South region.
Lokpobiri said the Tinubu-led government has continued to drive meaningful growth, not only in the region but also across the nation with his visionary policies and commitment.
“I joined my brothers for the APC South-South Stakeholders Meeting held in Benin City, where we engaged in thoughtful discussions on key regional and national issues, reviewing our progress and charting a course for sustained development across the South-South.
“We unanimously acknowledged and commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his impactful leadership. His administration has continued to drive meaningful growth, not only in our region but also across the nation.
“His visionary policies and commitment to national advancement have been evident in the strides we have made thus far, and we reaffirmed our support for Mr. President, pledging our continued collaboration as he leads Nigeria on the path of progress, unity, and prosperity,” he stated.
