The Ijaw Publishers Forum, IPF, has hailed the immediate past deputy governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro as a strong advocate for the development of the Niger Delta.
This is as the forum felicitated Otuaro on his 57th birthday anniversary.
In a felicitation message signed by its President, Comrade Ozobo Austin and Secretary, Mr. Tare Magei on Wednesday, the IPF celebrated the Delta state politician for his sterling leadership and impact on the lives of Niger Delta
The message partly read, “Today, we celebrate a man who has dedicated his life to public service and has made a significant impact in the lives of the people of Delta State.
“As the immediate past deputy governor of Delta State, Deacon Otuaro has displayed exemplary leadership, demonstrating humility and compassion towards the people he served.
“He has been a strong advocate for the development of the Niger Delta and has worked tirelessly to promote peace and unity among all ethnic groups in the state.
“His commitment to education and youth empowerment has been commendable, and his efforts have contributed to the growth and progress of the state.
“Deacon Otuaro’s unwavering dedication to the betterment of the society is truly admirable, and we are proud to have him as a leader and role model in Ijaw Nation.
