The Bayelsa State government has announced the employment of “suitably qualified indigenes” of the State into its civil service.
This was contained in a special Government announcement signed by Dr. Sokari Stanley G, the Permanent Secretary of the Bayelsa State Civil Service and made available to media houses on Tuesday.
The state government said interested and qualified candidates are requested to submit well-written letters of Application to the Bayelsa State Civil Service Commission for employment.
It also stated that all applicants should indicate their desired position, age, sex, Home town and Local Government Area, qualification, relevant professional certificates obtained (if any) and working experience.
“Candidates are advised to attach to their application letters, photocopies of relevant educational qualifications, Birth certificate or age declaration, Local Government Identification letter and other relevant credentials.

“Applications are to reach the commission on or before the 21st of March, 2025. No late submission will be entertained,” the announcement partly read.
