Families announce burial date for ex-Delta Deputy Governor’s mum, Pinapina


The families of Omula of Oporoza Town and Ifitimo of Kokodiagbene Town of Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South-West LGA, Delta State, have announced the funeral rites of their beloved matriarch, Ma. Pinapina Otuaro (née Omula).

In a statement signed by the family, Ma. Otuaro’s life will be celebrated with a service of songs on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Christ Embassy Central Church, Effurun.

Thereafter, there will be a musical performance by Chief Barrister S. Smooth and Emma Gray.

The funeral service will follows on Friday, March 7, 2025, at Oporoza Town and would last through the night.

The children, led by H.E (Barr) Kingsley Otuaro, immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, invite friends, family, and well-wishers to honour their mother’s legacy.

However, prominent music maestro JKing Izon-Ebi will perform live at Oporoza during the funeral rites.
