Prominent Bayelsa monarch and philanthropist, HRH Samuel Sambo, has felicitated Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
Sambo who described Uzodimma as an accomplished man and a visionary leader thanked God for preserving the life of the Governor.
The felicitation was contained in a goodwill message signed by the monarch and sent to Mangrovepen.ng.
In his words: “It gives me great pleasure to celebrate my dear friend, His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma, as he clocks 66 today.
“I have known His Excellency long enough to admit that he is by every standard an accomplished gentleman and a visonary leader who is passionate about selfless service for the greater good of all.
“I thank God Almighty for keeping him alive to mark his 66th birthday even as I am confident that He will keep the purposeful Governor for more decades to touch as many lives as he still can.”
Sambo, who is the Managing Director of Irad Group, a business conglomerate headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, commended Uzodimma for “his giant strides since becoming Governor of Imo State.”
According to him, “I am happy that you are executing the far-reaching developmental projects and programmes you have always talked about during our interactions before you became Governor.”
The traditional ruler wished Governor Uzodimma constant health and more wisdom to lead the people of Imo to reach their eldorado.
