Great Joshua MacIver, the Bayelsa State coordinator of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited and deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023 guber election, has appointed Elder Kesiye Frank-Oputu as his political adviser.
Mr. Timi-Igoli Timi, Maclver’s Chief of Staff, disclosed this in a statement issued on Friday.
The statement hinted that Elder Frank-Oputu is a seasoned administrator and politician from Bayelsa State, with experience in various political offices, including Commissioner Special Duties (Governor’s Office), Chairman of the Bayelsa State Public Procurement Board, Senior Special Aide, and General Manager of the Bayelsa State Property Development Authority.
The statement also announced the appointment of Dr. Kasarachi Innocent as Special Adviser on Media and Communications to Maclver.
Dr. Innocent is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Broadcasting, University of Port Harcourt, with several years of experience in print media journalism and radio production/presentation.
He holds a First Class degree in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and is a Commonwealth Scholar, specializing in Development Communication, Political Communication, and Public Policy Analysis.
According to Timi-Igoli, their appointments “take immediate effect.”
