IPF’s media conference to now hold December 11 in Yenagoa

The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) has rescheduled the date for the 2024 Ijaw Media Conference.

The conference which was earlier slated for December 4, 2024, has been moved to December 11, 2024.

This was disclosed in a communique signed by the body’s secretary, Mr. Tare Magbei, on Saturday.

According to him, the reschedule was due to “an unavoidable clash of dates with the Ijaw Economic Summit, which necessitated the adjustment to ensure full participation and avoid scheduling conflicts.”

“We sincerely regret any inconvenience this change may cause to our esteemed guests and the general public. Your understanding and continued support are greatly appreciated.

“We urge all previously invited guests to kindly disregard the former date and mark the new date accordingly.

“Thank you for your attention and cooperation,” the statement concluded.
