Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Tuesday, paid a visit to HRM Felix Mujakperuo, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom at his palace in Delta state.
The visit is part of Otuaro’s ongoing stakeholder engagement efforts to foster peace and security in the Niger Delta region, Mangrovepen.ng gathered.
Otuaro during the visit, briefed the monarch on President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to implement reforms and developing the region.
He emphasized the crucial role traditional institutions play in building sustainable peace and security in the region.
The PAP boss also shared the achievements of his administration in the past few months, highlighting the progress made in promoting peace and development in the Niger Delta.
On his part, the monarch thanked Otuaro for recognizing the importance of traditional institutions and advised him to continue his innovative leadership to ensure the region’s development and peace.
