The former Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva, has felicitated Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), on the occasion of his 49th birthday.
A statement by Sylva’s spokesman, Chief Julius Bokoru, quoted the former Bayelsa State Governor to have described Ogbuku as a fine gentleman, firm in morals and one of the shiniest icons of public service in the Niger Delta region and Nigeria.
He noted that Ogbuku’s leadership at NDDC has aptly reflected his broad education and vast experience, adding that his innovations at the Commission have thus far yielded new and exciting results for region and the country at large.
Sylva further wished the NDDC boss a very best of life, health, progress, happiness and ultimately God’s ceaseless grace and guidance.
