The Student wing of the Bayelsa State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed appreciation to Nigeria’s oil minister, Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri, for his diligence and commitment to Nigeria.
The students said Lokpobiri’s selfless dedication to the development of the petroleum sector and Nigeria as a whole is not only inspiring but transformational.
This was contained in a press statement signed by the group’s Chairman, Comr. Egain BelieveGod Ifiye, and made available to Mangrovepen.ng on Monday.
According to the students, the minister’s tireless efforts to promote education and empower youths as well as foster economic growth and development in Bayelsa State have not gone unnoticed.
While adding that his commitment to excellence and inclusive leadership have earned him their respect, the group stated that they are proud to support and collaborate with him.
The students also expressed gratitude to Lokpobiri for supporting stakeholders of the APC in the state.
“The APC Students Wing, Bayelsa State Chapter, and indeed the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State appreciate your compassionate leadership and change-making efforts.
“We celebrate your achievements and look forward to many more years of your dedicated service.
“Thank you for being a shining example of compassionate, transformational leadership. We are honoured to have you as our leader and mentor,” they stated.
They said several students from the state have benefitted from Lokpobiri’s benevolence, urging him to continue supporting youths to achieve their educational and other pursuits in life.
