“PAP will become great again”—Ekpebide lauds Otuaro for stakeholders engagement meetings

The Third Phase Ex-agitators Forum of the Presidential Amnesty Programme has said the PAP Administrator, Chief (Dr) Dennis Otuaro, has begun his reign on a good note by engaging all delegates and stakeholders of the Programme.

National Chairman of the forum, “General” Preye Ekpebide, made this known in a statement made available to Mangrovepen.ng on Wednesday.

Ekpebide, in the statement, thanked Otuaro for meeting and discussing extensively with ex-freedom fighters and other Niger Delta stakeholders in Warri, Delta state.

According to him, the recent engagement by Otuaro and his team is not only timely but productive and worthy of emulation.

“It is a demonstration that High Chief Otuaro is very fit for the job and ready to lead the programme to achieve its objectives.

“How else or what better way can a leader start his reign order than gathering all his people and liaising with them.

“When you see a good leader you’ll know by his first few moves, and Otuaro so far has convinced us that he will be a leader for all phases and the entire region.

“Just by this singular act of gathering all of us to a meeting, he has shown that he will be a listening leader,” Ekpebide partly said in the statement.

Ekpebide however noted that Otuaro’s ‘strategic moves’ do not come as a surprise to him and some of his colleagues, admitting that they have always known him to be a good man and result-driven leader.

“Third Phase Ex-agitators have no doubt that with High Chief Otuaro steering the ship, the Amnesty Programme will become great again to the benefit and admiration of all.

“We therefore call on other ex-agitators and all sons and daughters of the region to throw their support for the Administrator to implement his good vision for our collective interest,” the statement concluded.
