The founder of the Successful Motherhood Initiative and coordinator of the Niger Delta Rural Women for Sustainable Development (NDRWSD), Dr. Helen Inafa-Bob, is set to hold a leadership and talent development programme to mark her 51st birthday.
The programme which is tagged “Leadership and talent development: a two way sustainable growth circle for secondary school students in Bayelsa State” will be held in OCSS Igeibiri, Southern Ijaw Local Government Area, Bayelsa State on 18th June, 2024.
Inafa-Bob, while speaking to our reporter about the programme, said “investing in leadership and talent development in students will help them demonstrate an ability to create a self-sustaining growth engine, attain success and make impact over time.”
She added that the programme will help to identify and develop the talents of students to increase their capabilities and confidence.
According to her, “the programme will also teach talented students on how to take on leadership roles and apply their skills to drive impact.”
She said the two collaborating organisations seek to mentor and foster talent growth and promote innovation and excellence among our leaders of today and tomorrow.
“Via this programme, we shall inspire and transform the young ones to learn how to harness their talents and educate them on how it takes personal values to excel in both academics, leadership and talent.
