Abuja—Saudi Arabia says it will help Nigeria revamp its refineries and provide foreign exchange to the country to support the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) ongoing forex reforms.

Mohammed Idris, the minister of information and national orientation, said this in a statement on Friday, November 10, 2023.
