Yenagoa—The Ogbia Brotherhood Youth Council (OBYC) has celebrated the MD/CEO of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief (Dr) Samuel Ogbuku on his birthday anniversary.
The group described Ogbuku as a shining light and role model to all Ogbia youths.
The group hailed Ogbuku’s commitment to the growth and development of the Ogbia Kingdom, Niger Delta region, and Nigeria as a whole.
This was contained in a felicitation message signed by the group’s president, Comr. Johnny S. Jonathan on Saturday.
“Chief Ogbuku remains a shining light and a role model to all Ogbia youths given his track record of excellent service, integrity, and commitment to the growth and development of our Kingdom, the oil-rich Niger Delta region, and Nigeria as a whole.
“We are delighted and proud of his exploits as NDDC boss and strongly believe that the region will experience rapid development and stability throughout his stay in the interventionist agency, ” the message partly read.
The youth body prayed for God’s protection and favour for Ogbuku’s life and family as he turns a year older.
