Yenagoa—Former Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson has celebrated his daughter, Miss Akuboye Christiana Seriake who just graduated with honours in Business Administration from the University of Essex, United Kingdom.
The ex-governor who is now Senator representing Bayelsa West Senatorial District in the National Assembly took to Facebook on Wednesday to celebrate his daughter.
He wrote, “Today, My brilliant lovely and dependable daughter, Miss Akuboye Christiana Seriake Dickson, graduated with an honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Essex, United Kingdom.
“Family members including I who were not in the UK physically, were elated as we followed the graduation ceremony online and watched her together with her fellow graduands being handed over their degrees.
“On behalf of my family, I want to thank God and also congratulate her for the brilliant performance in her undergraduate studies and also for the decent and reliable lady she has become.
“I am happy that her mother, my first daughter and my first son with my cousins and others represented me and the family at the occasion.
“I wish her the very best and I am further delighted that she will be proceeding immediately to commence her master’s degree programme in the UK which she has already been accepted to do.
