PAP warns scholarship beneficiaries against transferring to another course, university without approval

Abuja—The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has warned beneficiaries under its scholarship scheme against transferring to another course or university without written approval from the Office.

The PAP gave the warning in a statement signed by Mr Wilfred Musa, Head of Reintegration Department on behalf of the programme’s Interim Administrator, Major General Barry Ndiomu (rtd).

The statement reads in part:

“It has been brought to the attention of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Office that some PAP-sponsored students have transferred to another course or university without written approval from the Office.

“Please note that in line with the long-standing Formal Education policy of the Office, any sponsored student who is found to have transferred to another course or university without approval from the Office is liable to lose their scholarship.”
