Lagos—Popular Port Harcourt-born Nigerian comedian and content creator, chukwuemeka Emmanuel Ejekwu popularly known as Mr. Funny or Sabinus has slammed a N1billon infringement copyright suit against Peak Milk for using his trademark phrase ‘something hooge’ without his consent.
Sabinus also sued Gala N100million for using his cartoon-like image without his approval. 
At the time of filing this report, nothing official has been heard from the two companies sued.
