Abuja—A youth leader in the Niger Delta region, Comrade Sokari G. Sokari has felicitated with Mr. Alfred Kemepado on his confirmation as the substantive Head of Reintegration of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Sokari who made this known in a congratulatory message sent to Mangrovepen.ng described Kemepado’s confirmation as a reward of hard work, consistency and dedication.
“I join well-meaning Nigerians and Niger Deltans to congratulate you on yet another tremendous achievement as the substantive Head of Reintegration of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
“Your confirmation is a reward for the hard work, consistency and dedication you have shown over the years in heralding relative peace in the Niger Delta region,” he said.
Sokari, who is the pioneer Chairman of the Abua-Odual/Engenni-Ogbogolo Special Chapter of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), thanked Col. Milland Dikio, Interim Administrator of the PAP and other stakeholders in the Niger Delta for making his confirmation successful.
