Birthday: Group eulogises Bayelsa lawmaker for promoting people-driven initiatives

Brass—A group known as the Big Dog Family has felicitated the lawmaker representing Brass Constituency II in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon. Timi Agala Omubo on the occasion of his 45th birthday anniversary.

In a goodwill message signed by its leader, Umaco Isaac Georgewill, and sent to mangrovepen.ng, the group eulogized Omubo as a humble and God-fearing lawmaker, who is silently using his office to promote people-driven initiatives.

“Since he was sworn into office, Hon. Timi Agala Omubo has not performed below our expectations. He has contributed immensely to the overall wellbeing of the people of Brass Constituency II.

“On several occasions, he has moved motions on the floor of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, dragging government’s attention to the plight of our people.

“His actions have also shown his unwavering love for the development and peaceful coexistence of his constituents and he deserves to be celebrated,” the statement reads.

The group while expressing profound gratitude to God for enabling the lawmaker to celebrate yet another birthday, urged well-meaning constituents to support the lawmaker in his quest to bring the dividends of democracy to their doorsteps.

“We thank God for his faithfulness in the life of Hon. Timi Agala Omubo. If not for the grace of God upon his life we won’t be celebrating him today.

“As his birthday resonates an ecstatic feeling of God’s blessings upon him, we want to enjoin the good people of Brass Constituency II to always support the lawmaker in his pursuit to bring the dividends of democracy to them,” the group stated.
