NDU lecturer ranked 7th most productive Nigerian university researcher

Abuja—The 2021 edition of the AD Scientific Index ranking has ranked a Bayelsan, Professor Solomon Ebobrah as the seventh most productive Nigerian university researcher.

Mangrovepen.ng gathered that Ebobrah hails from Ekeremor local government area of Bayelsa State and is a lecturer at the Niger Delta University (NDU), Amassoma.

He is among 10 out of 3,570 researchers in the current Scientific Index rankings in the field of Law.

Ebobrah is also the only researcher from a state-owned university ranked among the top 10 researchers in the country.

Etannibi Alemika of the University of Jos was ranked as the first most productive Nigerian university researcher.

Other researchers ranked are Nsongurua J. Udombana, 2nd (Babcock University), Charles Omekwu, 3rd (University of Nigeria, Nsukka), Joseph Kinuabeye Ukwayi, 4th (University of Calabar), Dejo Olowu, 5th (American University of Nigeria) and Kaniye Ebeku, 6th (University of Port Harcourt).

Others include Abdulmumini A Oba, 8th (University of Ilorin), Abdulrasheed Yusuf, 9th (University of Abuja) and Sopuru Christian, 10th (Obafemi Awolowo University).
