Rep member hosts federal civil servants of Ijaw extraction

Abuja—The member representing Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Preye Oseke, over the weekend, met with federal civil servants of Ijaw extraction drawn from Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Delta, Edo, Rivers and Ondo State, respectively.

Mangrovepen.ng gathered that the meeting, which took place at Ayalla Hotels in the nation’s capital, Abuja, was convened by the lawmaker to discuss issues of mutual importance.


Timikio Enewari, media aide to Honourable Oseke who was also at the meeting, stated that “In no distant time, the dividends of the strategic meeting will manifest to attendees as well as the entire constituency, even as follow-up on actionable points has begun in earnest.”

Other participants at the meeting also expressed hope that the lawmaker will continue to perform his duties diligently.

Oseke, a master’s degree holder in Public Administration, was voted into the Nigerian House of Representatives in 2019, under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
