An explosion has occurred at the popular mile 3 market in Port Harcourt, Rivers state leaving many persons injured, dailypost.ng reports.
The explosion, mangrovepen.ng gathered was reported to have happened around 6:20am this morning at the dry fish section of the market, when traders were opening for the day’s business.
S.P Nnamdi Omoni, the spokesperson of the Rivers State police command, who confirmed the incident to newsmen, said police officers have been deployed to the scene of the incident.
