IYC lauds Comrade Alfred Kemepado’s visionary leadership

Abuja—The leadership of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), Abuja/Northern Nigeria Chapter has lauded Comrade Alfred Kemepado for “his visionary leadership and determination” concerning his elevation as Head of Reintegration of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

IYC made this known when members of the chapter honoured Kemepado at Gloryland Court in the nation’s capital, Abuja.

Describing Kemepado as a leader with a difference, Comrade Adam Ogomugo Marbo, Chairman of the Chapter in his address stated that the PAP head of integration has distinguished himself in the service of the Ijaw nation.

He stressed that with Kemepado as the new head of reintegration, the Presidential Amnesty Programme will have a new face.

In his response, Kemepado expressed gratitude to the chapter for their show of love and solidarity.

While appealing to members of the chapter to be strategic in all their activities, Kemepado urged them to bring ideas that will move the amnesty programme forward.

IYC stakeholders present at the meeting include Elder Kojo, BOT Ijaw Community Abuja, Elder Dickson Alabo, Bar Dennis Ogbofini, Deputy National Director of Mobilization IYC Worldwide and Comrade Irene Kaladapa Jumbo, first Female Chairperson of IYC Abuja Chapter,

Comrade Preye Raphael Ebizimor Immediate past Chairman IYC Abuja Chapter, Comrade Temotubo Gesiere, and other stakeholders were also present at the occasion.
